and this individual is now perpetrating tortious interference in Magno Fibers LLC business operations. This
individual has no standing (and has never had any standing) with Magno Fibers LLC and has never had a
verbal, written, or other contract with Magno Fibers LLC, and has no investment, financial or any other

Another individual identified in the creation and/or operation of the fraudulent website is the owner of a video company located in Pennsylvania. This second individual has never had any dealings with Magno Fibers LLC other than his receiving a cease-and-desist letter from our attorneys. This individual has no financial interests, no agreements, and has never had any contact with any individuals associated with Magno Fibers LLC prior to his participation in the creation and/or operation of the illegal and fraudulent website. The two individuals that are involved with this fraudulent MagnofibersLLC.com website know each other through connections in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.
The fraudulent, imposter website created by the two individuals referenced above claims that the website is operated by victims of Magno Fibers LLC. This is false. No individuals with any interest in Magno Fibers LLC are participating or have participated in the operation and/or creation of this website. There are multiple provable falsehoods listed on the website. Attempts to contact the website owners through the website contact page have received no responses. Our recommendation to concerned individuals is to use the contact page of the illicit website to get details of the false claims made on the website. There is no information to back the false claims and none will be forthcoming from the website creators and/or operators.
